This is a traditional Kerala house with a “nedumittam” central courtyard. modern from the outside, old part of the house is about 100 years old, extended a few years ago retaining the old teak wood doors windows and furniture, combining it with modern marble floors in ceiling lights and chandeliers.

There is cable TV , a mini fridge, a safe, Coffee/tea facility, airconditioning and hair dryer in this room.
