The Raintree - a Villa amidst Roses & Mountains

The Raintree is a fully-furnished luxury villa nestled in the misty mountains of Kodaikanal. Influenced by minimalist Scandinavian design, this home offers a cozy escape into the Nature & tranquillity of the South Indian mountains, One of the highlights of the home is the incredible garden which has Flora gathered from around the world - it even includes a Japanese Cherry Blossom, more than 100 roses and a vegetable garden, The villa comes staffed with 2 wonderful caretakers

Alpine Abode Stay

This A-frame, 3-bedroom house is on a quiet street in Vilpatti, just 6 km from the central Kodaikanal. With nearly three-quarters of the front built with glass, the living room offers amazing views of the serene mountains. The house features a beautiful, extensive patio, a mini library, comfortable work seating, and a fully functional kitchen, making it perfect for families with kids. The sunrise view, with rays falling on the mountains, is best enjoyed from the first floor.

The Artist is our smallest and cosiest cottage, ideal for up to 2 guests. It is surrounded by eucalyptus trees and a few steps away from the stream which runs through the farm. All cottages and the common dining room have wifi, 24/7 hot water and power back up. We are accessible by car and there is parking on the farm. Home style veg and non-veg meals are offered on the farm: Breakfast - Rs. 250 per head Lunch - Rs. 300 per head Dinner - Rs. 400 per head.
