Raven's Roost Lodging - Parkside House

Parkside is a fully furnished house with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom, a full size bed in the larger bedroom and a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on the top in the other bedroom. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac, next to a playground with a huge deck and lots of parking. You'll find everything you need in this furnished downstairs ocean-themed apartment with a private entrance, self check-in and fully stocked amenities (including homemade sourdough bread for guests staying longer than 5 days!). Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. The home has three bedrooms & sleeps 8 guests with ease. Two rooms have full with twin top bunk beds, one room has a queen bed and if needed there is an additional air mattress available. This getaway offers all the benefits of home with heat throughout, ceiling fans in each room, and black out shades in the bedrooms for those bright Alaskan nights. It is located in the heart of it all! Close enough to everything, and yet still quaint!

Stay at our place for a relaxing and easy Kodiak stay. This is the downstairs unit in a 2 story duplex located across the street from the ocean and offers amenities like a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a mudroom and a peaceful atmosphere. There's a partial ocean view and the apartment is bright and spacious. Every booking of 5 or more nights comes with a custom processed Wild Kodiak Seafoods frozen red salmon fillet or cod fillet stocked in the freezer.
