Godden Cottage in Mission Bay

Perfectly situated in Mission Bay is this private self-enclosed cottage. This quaint little cottage sits adjacent to the main house and offers two parking space with its own dedicated entrance. The space offers a full kitchen with a two pot stove, dish washer, fridge, washing machine and 42 inch TV with Freeview. The lounge catches a considerable amount of sun and has sliding doors that open on both sides and pour out to a private, wraparound deck that overlooks our garden. There was s a Heatpump offering heating and cooling all year around.

Across the road from the Rotary Waterfront Walkway and just a 5 min stroll to the Farm Cove shops with Burbs cafe, Mad Pie Bakery and local takeaways. With a 10 minute drive to Half Moon Bay Marina you find a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and ferries into town or the car ferry to the beautiful Waiheke Island. This stylishly modern apartment is perfectly situated between Madills Farm and the beautiful Kohimarama Beach. A 2minute walk to either location and a 10 minute walk to Mission Bay and St Heliers. There are many restaurants and takeaways close by. Frequent buses go to downtown Auckland (15min) The property has security gates and electronic lock access.
