The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Joulukuussa 2024 valmistunut korkealaatuinen ja tyylikäs paritalomökki hyvällä varustelutasolla lähellä Rukatunturin palveluita. Nauti talvisista luontomaisemista ja rauhasta 1.8 km Rukatunturin hiihtohisseistä ja palveluista. Vuosselinjärven hiihtoladulle kävelet muutamassa minuutissa. Mökki soveltuu erinomaisesti mm. lapsiperheille - löytyy syöttötuoli sekä matkasänky. Mökissä myös oma sähköauton latausmahdollisuus. Hyvät puitteet etätyöskentelyyn, käytettävissä 27’ näyttö ja 5G-nettiyhteys.

Kesäisin ja syksyisin retkeily- ja maastopyöräreiteille pääsee lähimaastosta. Talvella ja keväällä Rukan ympäristön hoidetuille hiihtoladuille sekä moottorikelkkareiteille pääsee mökin pihasta.
