Apart from the balcony you may enjoy private access to a large terrace with a magnificent view at the village's landscape and clear sky.

Chariclea Villas Retreat: Main House

The Main House is the largest of the four independent houses at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco, the Cave of Light and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

Underneath the house there is an unorganized private beach and other organized beaches 5 min drive. Ideal for relax,romantic escapade. Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.

It offers a double bed on a raised wooden platform in traditional style, a bunk bed, private bathroom and fully functioning kitchen. The sea is just five meters from the room so you can listen to the waves lap on the shore as you sleep. This is a quiet neighbourhood so it is ideal for a couple or family with up to two children.
