The house is located on the best and famous beach of Chios,Komi beach which is one of the most beautiful and attractive beaches of the island.Just on the crystal and sandy captivating sea of Komi Beach, we offer a unique combination of calm and peaceful relaxation away from the city noise, autonomous and entertaining. In a small distance away there are restaurants where you can enjoy the traditional Greek and traditional cuisine.For relaxation by the beach you will find sun beds and umbrellas.

Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Geniş ve ferah bir salon ön ve arkada 3 adet ferah teraslar 2. katta yatak odasının birinde bir çift bir tek kişilik yatak diğer odada bir çift kişilik yatak, kendine ait ebeveyn banyosu ve kendine ait terası mevcut. Alaçatı'nın kalabalığından sıyrılıp sessiz, sakin, huzurlu bir tatil için tercih edebilirsiniz.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην δυτική παραλία της Κώμης στην Νότια Χίο, απέχει μόλις 10 μέτρα από την θάλασσα σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά και διαθέτει χώρο στάθμευσης. Απέχει 24 χλμ. από το λιμάνι της Χίου και 16 χλμ. από το λιμάνι στων Μεστών. Ο επισκέπτης έχει σύντομη πρόσβαση στο Μουσείο μαστίχας (5 χλμ. ), στα Μαύρα Βόλια(4 χλμ.) μια από τις πιο σπάνιες παραλίες της Ελλάδας. Komi is in the southern part of the island of Chios in an area called Mastichochoria (i.e mastic villages).
