Alaçatı merkez e arabayla 3 dakika, yürüyerek 10 dakika mesafededir. Genel su kesintilerinden etkilenmemek için depo ve hidrofor sistemi.

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Ο επισκέπτης έχει σύντομη πρόσβαση στο Μουσείο μαστίχας (5 χλμ. ), στα Μαύρα Βόλια(4 χλμ.) μια από τις πιο σπάνιες παραλίες της Ελλάδας. Επίσης ο επισκέπτης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή χιλιομετρική απόσταση από τα μεσαιωνικά Μαστιχοχώρια όπως Πυργί, Μεστά,Ολύμπους.

Ο οικισμός με λίγους κατοίκους προσφέρει λόγω περίοπτης θέσης όπου ευρίσκεται την ευκαιρεία να γνωρίσεται πολλά άλλα μέρη πλησίον.
