A very quiet stylish newly converted studio apartment with your own dedicated access in the heart of Komiza. Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

Our house is located near the sea and a pebble beach, and near the town center. The apartment has two rooms that are each equipped with 2 double beds. The apartment’s size is 75m2, it has one bathroom and one toilet. The apartment has a satellite TV, a washing machine, a refrigerator and air-conditioning. The apartment has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, the city of Komiža and the open sea. Their is a public parking spot about 80m from the house.

Ribarska House is private stand-alone accommodation, located on the beach in the centre of Komiža with unobstructed views of the sea and Bishevo island. The kitchen has a kettle, two cooking plates, a refrigerator with a freezer, all glassware, plates, we are always trying to leave our guests tea, coffee, sugar, salt end other basic thing for the kitchen. The bathroom has towels, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. You have a large terrace with table, chairs and swing where you can enjoy all day especially in the evening.

Our charming and cozy one bedroom apartment is located in the ground floor of the one hundred years old house in the quiet street some 30 metres from the sea. Court yard with wooden chairs and table covered with wild grape tree is the real chill zone.

The family Jaksa, whose coat of arms is located at the entrance, belonged to the nobility of Hvar, Vis and Split and played an important role in the history of the islands of Vis and Hvar. The apartment is part of Jaksa's palace from the 17th century
