We are located at 2,000 feet up enjoying cooler weather and a unique microclimate just above Kona. We are a 10 minute drive to the nearest beach, 8 minutes to Costco and restaurants, and 15-20 minutes to Kona town. It is a private one bed, one bath with its own separate entrance and parking. It has a kitchenette with full fridge/freezer, and a mini washer and dryer.

This is a legal and permitted vacation rental with no agency and on-island owner hosts. You can hang out in a hammock on the lanai while you BBQ your dinner after the beach. The perfect spot to explore Hawai'i island and only three miles from downtown Kailua-Kona.
