Twin Lakes Haven - Near Silverwood!

Lovely and spacious Townhome on the golf course at the first fairway, near the clubhouse. Sweeping views off the large and relaxing deck. Just yards to the lake/beach to take advantage of kayaking, boating or swimming. Tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, swimming pool also available. All amenities including 2 bedrooms (queens), loft (queen) full kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Home is near Silverwood and a great jump off spot to explore Northern Idaho including Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint and Farragut.

The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

Iconic Airstream by the Lake

Enjoy the sounds of nature, views of beautiful Fernan Lake, wildlife (eagles, osprey, deer, elk, our wild yard bunnies etc.) and the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but only 1.5 miles from I-90. Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Only a 40 min drive from Spokane Airport. Brand new fully outfitted Airstream with water and power hooked up.

Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Cozy Pines 🌲 located in the heart of what CDA has to offer! Easy access to HYW 95 & I-90 for a 20 min trip up to SILVERWOOD 🎢 or any of the nearby ski resorts. The house has been recently remodeled and has a comfortable and clean feel. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood you'll enjoy a family friendly vibe with a large back yard & a cul-de-sac away from traffic. This fully stocked 576 sq ft cabin is the perfect place for a romantic little get away or just some peace and quiet. This one bedroom, one bathroom cabin is super quaint and decorated to a tee. Stoke the fireplace or go fish off the dock in Hauser Lake. Three local eateries are close by (Ember's Pizza, D-Mac's and Curly's Junction) . Make sure to bring your swim suits. Sit in the hot tub while drinking your morning coffee.
