Spectacular Lake Front Home with Best Views in CDA

Stunning Lake front home with some of the best views in all of Coeur D'Alene!! Three separate living areas and over 200 feet of private lake front and a private dock! The house is over 4000 sqft and there is a Gazebo over looking the water which has a full cooking area and seating for 20+. The house has been featured in numerous magazines for its unique architecture and amazing location on the lake. The living room and main living areas have 16 foot glass windows so the views are spectacular!!

Nestled in the forest in a gated upscale community of Harbor View Estates, you will escape to peace and tranquility in your private 2200-square foot spa-inspired Shangri-La. You will occupy the entire first floor of our large home. You will be in heaven surrounded by nature, mountains, panoramic sunsets and wide-open views as far as the eye can see. One of the few properties grandfathered into the water, you can fish off the dock or feed the ducks and geese who swim up to be feed. Ten minutes from Downtown, you can be as social or private as you like. Interact with other boaters, wake boarders, or jet skiers, or remain in your own peaceful haven . Children are welcome ! it’s a wonderland of adventure in the surrounding area. Dogs by arrangement .
