Welcome to "The Eyrie" at Eagleview Retreat. Home of the breathtaking Kootenay lake and surrounding Mountains. This is the entire upper two floors of a multiple-room guest house located in an absolutely beautiful Area. This is a luxurious 10-year old, 3000+ sq/ft home. It has just been recently furnished with all new high-end furnishings, including all bedroom suites and mattresses. Beautiful views and peaceful surroundings at this location. Our place is amazing, you'll not be disappointed.

Mountain biking trails are just a short ride away and the world class Wh2O ski resort is a short 20min drive away Two young boys live upstairs so please expect some noise and footsteps. The Rusty Bear is our awesome home in Procter Point. Our rock beach on Kootenay Lake gives way to a world of watersports possibilities including kayaking, SUP and world-class fishing. The small community of Procter offers a General Store (complete with fuel and liquor) as well as the Village Bakery (with their famous cinnamon buns). Hiking and biking the Proctologist trails are just out the front door. Golfing is around the corner. Dining, if not on our amazing deck, is a short drive.

The guest house is located in an over 100 year old building. The main floor of the building is host to The Frog peak cafe, a popular brunch restaurant in the Kootenays. The apartment is the entire top floor of this building. We are a short 15 min walk from Evergreen natural foods, and our local gas station/liquor store. We are located a 10 minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches and swimming spots on the slocan river,and situated at the head of the rails t trails.
