In the western part you can see many hills and fields, as you can see in the eastern part. The villa is surrounded by many trees and flowers. During the summer you can feel the aroma of flowers and the different noises of the friendly animals of the village. It is a place for a family that seeks peace, relaxation, and barbecue with wine .

Walking distance there is a GYM, the biggest supermarket market SPAR and the local villagers market who sell fresh fruits and vegetables etc. Double Bed + 1 couch (or both sofas) can be converted as a bed + 1 inflatable bed. Residential parking for free. A very short walk 190 meters from the beach / lake.

It's spacious. All the facilities are within a walking distance and all the city attractions are nearby. Just relax and enjoy your stay in the city with the most ancient lake in Europe.

You will stay on the sunny second floor of the building. The windows of the living room and bedroom are enormous to enjoy the sunlight and warmth. The apt is comfortable,very quiet and spacious. The apt has also a balcony overlooking the boulevard. Everything is new because the apt is newly furnished with a flat TV,refrigerator, very comfortable mattress, air conditioner etc. The apt is only 3 minutes walk from the city center and also 2 minutes walk from the lake and the main boulevard.
