Cottage is located in Hobart NY, the bookstore capitol of NY. 25 min to Plattekill Mountain ski resort, Belleayre Mountain Ski Center.

Enjoy a true a winter paradise on your own private property! Enjoy beautiful views of the mountains all around. This tiny home sits on a private two acres, has an outdoor patio area for lounging, grilling, and star gazing at night. The inside is fully equipped with a convection stovetop, fridge, bathroom, wifi, and queen-sized bed with an east-facing window for the perfect sunrise! Please note that during winter months you'll need to park by the entrance and walk to the tiny home (2 min walk)

Smack dab in the middle of main street, you've access to the towns bounty - farms, mountains & delicious fare. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.
