Michalis Apartment is modern and comfortable ideal for couples or families, located at the heart of Kos Town, overlooking the harbour, very close to all kinds of shops and points of interest. The central beach is only 250m away.The Dolphin Square and the harbour is 50m away. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a balcony, a living area with one sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and W/C. "Villa Athena" consists of 5 separate one-bedroom apartments on garden level (ground floor) and is situated in a prime location facing the beautiful sandy beach of Tigaki. Each apartment has one main bedroom and then the seating area with kitchenette has 2 other beds.(There is air conditioning in each apartment- it's optional & if one decides to need to use it then there's a small extra charge per day). Each apartment has its own private bathroom with shower.

Τhe house is in the center of city kos,120 metres from the sea.It is located on a traditional paved road with trees and 5 -10 minutes on foot from the city's market, close to banks, shops, and attractions.270 meters from the house is the Orfeas Summer Cinema.The house has two courtyards, a front and a back covered,with tables and chairs and a barbecue.Αlso it is very brigh and quite cool.Two bikes are also available for guests.
