Lakefront! Simple, practical, purposeful lakefront cottage with pier. Ideal for those who dream of waking to a lakeview. Enjoy lake/boating activities, playing yard games, fishing along shore/pier, or just unwind while relaxing on the deck watching a sunset. See FAQ in Guest Access section Studio. Stairs. No beach area. No swimming at the pier. No smoking on property. Only registered guests permitted on property, no visitors. Located on the east side of the lake, quiet wooded neighborhood.

28-foot Pontoon available for rent. Back lot for boat trailers and parking. Spacious main floor is wide open concept with windows across the front to view the action out on the lake. Even if you are in the kitchen, you are still in conversations. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for families to have privacy and get a good night’s sleep. 4 of 5 bedrooms have a vanity / sink for the little things like brushing your teeth or freshening up. Two of the bedrooms have a full bathroom attached.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis where you will see Bold Eagles hanging out in our backyard tree. Enjoy kayaking and fishing during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening. For the boating and fishing enthusiast, local boat launch just around the corner. Warsaw is 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The lake is not a swimming lake, but views are spectacular. Enjoy the wildlife, swans, beaver, otter, the pair of bald eagles that reside on Palastine Lake. Enjoy the newly renovated inside space, centered around comfort and relaxation. A comfortable bed with soft sheets. Knead your worries behind on the heated massage chair. Enjoy a warm fire either outside on the deck or the inside wood burning fireplace. Create lasting memories with the family at one of the very first cottages on Papakeechie Lake. Relax on the deck taking in the graceful swans that reside here, go for a peaceful ride in the kayaks or take a stroll around our no motor lake on our peddle boat and even swim right off of the pier. Grab the smores and have a blast telling stories around the camp fire. The kids will feel like they're camping, especially sleeping in the loft! Cozy up on chilly nights next to the indoor fireplace.

Welcome to E Brewing Company at Esterline Farms Cottage. The first farmhouse brewery Air BNB in our state. We offer a beautiful new Cottage with spectacular views of our quaint hobby farm filled with miniature goats, chickens, rabbits, our resident paint horse. We have a full onsite brewery and taproom that is approximately 50 ft from the Cottage. It’s open Fri, Sat, Sun. We are only 1/4 mile from South Whitley, 10 miles from Columbia City, and 20 miles from Fort Wayne and Warsaw.
