Cozy up on a stylish sofa steeped in the smart elegance of this bright apartment featuring herringbone wood floors, trendy furnishings, and pops of brilliant blue. Head to the balcony to enjoy mesmerizing sea and mountain views from a quaint bistro table. Large and comfortable living room with smart TV, fast internet, and a dining table with chairs as well as a balcony with seating area overlooking the Kotor Bay. Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, multi functional microwave, hot plate, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker) available to you as well as all the other utensils you need, First bedroom with king bed and another bedroom with two separate beds that could be put together. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. Waterfront restaurants, charming cafes, and shops are a short walk away. Nearest beach just 100 meters from the apartment. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

The appartment is located in the attic of the house just across the street from the beach. The appartment is new, equipped with new furniture and gadgets. There are two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and the other one with single bed. In the living room there is a couch that can be also used as a bed when it "opens up". There is also a dinning table, kitchen, bathroom and a big balcony with a view on both the sea and the mountains.
