Ovaj udoban,85m² jednosobni stan je potpuno novi i moderan,prostran i sunčan sa neverovatnim pogledom na more i planine,kao privatnim djakuzijem na terasi. Stan se nalazi na roof top-u ville. Stan je idealan smeštaj za parove,porodicu ili prijatelje u potrazi za udobnim boravkom u mirnom rustikalnom području, ali u isto vreme samo deset minuta vožnje do Starog grada Kotora. Iz apartmana se pruza predivan pogled na nas zaliv.

There is private balcony ,free wifi and parking on property. Studio is on 2nd floor. The pool is available from 1st of may to 10th of october. The apartment is close to the old town and the promenade with a restaurants, swimming area and in a place far from crowd and noise of the cars.
