Spacious living room has exit to the sunshine and additionally contribute to a comfortable stay. The 2 bikes that are available to help exploring the surroundings. The owner stays 3 km from Baška.

The apartment is part of a two-apartment house with its own private parking .The owners live in another part of the house and can offer support and help ,but will respect your privacy. You will have access to your own garden for barbecuing, breakfast or just relaxing.

A perfect house for 2-3 families or friends! Our air-conditioned, 195 sq m "Villa Leca" with a heated outdoor pool and sauna accommodates 8 (+4) adults. All 4 bedrooms have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. One of these bedrooms also has an additional double bed and a sofa bed. Three bedrooms have balconies with mountain/sea views. The private pool area is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
