The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Das kleine Cottage (30 qm plus 10 qm) ist im August 2023 neu fertiggestellt worden und liegt ganz für sich alleine auf einer kleinen Farm mit Tieren Die Pferde & Schafe grasen teilweise direkt hinter dem Haus und man kann diese Idylle von der Terrasse und den Liegestühlen im Garten genießen. Die Tiere sind allesamt zahm und freuen sich betüddelt zu werden :-). Achtung: das Schlafloft erreicht man über eine Treppenleiter! Ein Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen & die schwedische Natur zu genießen

Located at the end of the road, you can enjoy the calm solitude. Beautiful walks. 3 km to lake åsnen where you use the public beach or rent canoes or boats. 5 km to grocery store. Everything is powered by the houses own solar and wind system. Take a bath on the garden with buckets of water. outhouse with composting toilet. cold tap water.

休闲的老木屋

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Östergård är ett hus med historia där du bor bekvämt men med gammaldags charm. Sjön Bolmen ligger några hundra meter från gården och på promenadavstånd når du härliga badstränder eller båten som du får låna om du vill åka ut och prova fiskelyckan. Till huset hör en rymlig trädgård med utemöbler och grill. På bottenplan finns kök och matplats, ett stort vardagsrum, ett mindre rum och en härlig veranda. På övre plan finns de båda sovrummen med fyra bäddar, badrum och toalett.
