This house is located just 3km from Parikia, the central port and capital. It is on a hill with stunning views of the sea and the port of Paroikia, well protected from the northern summer winds. The closest beach (Martsello) is only a 10 minute walk away. It has two spacious double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and A/C, a bathroom, kitchen, living area, and plenty of outside space, including a shared pool.
