It was re-built from an original 100 year old wooden house and complemented with all of the modern conveniences, such as a lavish veranda, a stylish kitchen & bathroom. The balcony overlooks the Machinchang mountain range, where stunning sunsets can be admired. Villa Kelapa is located in the heart of the island. This accommodation is ideal for 3 couples or family with children above 7 years old only. This stand-alone building aptly named Hillside Cottage is located by a hillside, surrounded by green, on a 1858 sq metres of land next next to it's sister property, Pondok Keladi Guesthouse Langkawi. The cottage is tastefully decorated with English antique and tropical furniture. This 222 sq metre cottage is slightly elevated overlooking other cottages and chalets at the guesthouse.
