Converted designers studio. Open plan 32m with Queen bed, wardrobe, Kitchen with pantry, fridge, electric hotplate, oven, sink, toaster etc. Dining and Sitting Areas with lots of light. The Shower and WC area has an skylight. The handbasin has cold water only. The private garden space has a lovely sea view. 5 minute walk to the beach, Luke's Kitchen and the Kuaotunu store. Kayak, boogie boards and fishing rods available. No pets. Fully vaccinated guests only please.

Palms Retreat

Spend a relaxing peaceful stay at our self-contained studio at beautiful Kuaotunu. The studio is separate from the main house and has it's own outdoor patio. Kuaotunu beach is only 2 minutes walk away and even in summer never gets crowded. 10 mins walk to the Kuaotunu village where you will find the famous Luke's Kitchen restaurant, Kua Kawhe Cafe and the well stocked general store. And not forgetting the local ice cream store! Large reserve, Tennis courts and Petanque court are right next door.

Kuaotunu Beach Bliss

Beach Bliss is a spacious 2 bedroom (Queen beds) Kuaotunu holiday unit positioned to enjoy beach views and easy holiday living. The outdoor decking offers the ideal space to sit back and watch the world go by, or share a meal with friends and family!  It is situated across the road from the Beach - set your watch to beach time and relax with serene views. The BBQ is on hand to complete your outdoor living experience, and the floor to ceiling glass doors provide a seamless indoor/outdoor flow.

The Treehouse Bush Retreat

Unique, private, expansive bush environment; a true retreat. Beautiful views down a valley of regenerating bush and out to sea - with Great Barrier island in the distance. Away from it all but handy to it all. NB: Please ask about our additional accommodation, The Empty Nest - www.airbnb.co.nz/rooms/1503971971744608483. Ideal for two couples travelling together but wanting more privacy. One couple can book The Treehouse and one The Empty Nest. Treehouse cooking facilities can then be shared.

Kuaotunu Beach Bach

Our sunny, separate, private Kiwi bach is on a quiet property and only a 3-minute walk to sandy, picture postcard Kuaotunu Beach. Our bach is well-equipped, comfortable and close to reserves, walking tracks, a boat ramp, tennis court, petanque and BBQ area. It is an easy walk to Luke's Kitchen restaurant, Kua cafe and Kuaotunu Store. Matarangi, Optito and Otama beaches are only a few minutes drive away and 20 minutes to Whitianga for supermarkets/shopping/dining. Sorry, no smoking or pets.

Kuaotunu Beach Studio

Kick back and relax in this calm stylish space. This recently renovated large Studio (21 sqm) has a Queen bed. Features include a Kitchenette and En-suite with tiled shower. The Studio is separate from the main house, (same section) with it's own private access and allocated free parking space. The private deck is bathed in sunlight, and it’s a short walk (5 mins) across the Reserve to Kuaotunu Beach. Luke's Kitchen, Kua Kafe and the General Store are 10 minute walk away.

Beach Front Paradise Rings Beach Whitianga

The Bach sits within 1 minute walk of a beautiful white sand swimming beach at Rings Beach on the beautiful Coromandel Peninsular. North facing deck absorbs the 180 degree sea views. Private, quiet with cafés and restaurants 5 to 10 mins away. Please note this is a self clean house and you must bring all your linen ( pillows provided ) There is no cleaner and we ask all guests to leave the property clean and tidy like they found it. Kūaotunu Skyline -Spectacular Ocean Views

Kuaotunu Skyline is a located at the top of Blackjack Rd on our family farm. It is a 20minute drive north of Whitianga and just a 5min drive to Lukes Kitchen, Kua Kawhe Café and Kuaotunu Store. Named Kuaotunu Skyline since we call the top of the farm the Skyline because of the spectacular views of ocean and sky. The 1 bedroom accommodation is brand new and is designed for couples to come to Kuaotunu to unwind, relax and enjoy our slice of paradise.

Ocean Cliff Court - Stunning Ocean Views

Ocean Cliff Court overlooks the stunning Blackjack Reef which is 15 minutes’ drive north of Whitianga. This 2 bedroom house was completed in 2017 and can accommodate up to 6 adults - there are 2 Queen beds and a fold out couch. It has a large deck with outdoor furniture and sea views. Located on a beautiful 1 acre property above Kuaotunu Village which is only 3 minutes’ walk from the beach, local pizzeria, cafe and shop.

This beautiful ocean view property is a couple of minutes walk to Kuaotunu Beach and Luke's Kitchen, a well known local restaurant. The house is nestled on 4.5 acres of stunning gardens and native bush. The house consists of a 4 bedroom dwelling on the ground floor with an additional 2 bedrooms and an extra bathroom/toilet upstairs. "Kahukura" has ample parking for boats. The boat ramp is 1 kilometre away.
