欢迎来到和纸艺术家理查德·弗莱宾的家中！ 理查德·弗莱宾（Richard Flavin, 1943年-2020年）是美国籍和纸艺术家。他在波士顿学习设计，服兵役期间被派往韩国，在休假时被镰仓的魅力所吸引，于1970年再次来到日本。 随后，他在东京艺术大学研究生院学习木版画，并对和纸的制作工艺产生了浓厚兴趣，最终移居埼玉县小川町。他在当地的制纸工业试验场掌握了手工和纸的制作技艺，并亲自培育和纸原料的楮树，从和纸原料的培育到作品制作的整个过程均亲力亲为。 家中随处可见融入和纸的精美设计。此外，理查德先生收藏的珍贵古董也陈列其中，营造出独特的韵味。 这座房子是理查德先生倾注心血打造的终身居所，堪称他的艺术杰作。 部分区域尚未完工。 我们希望对和纸和艺术感兴趣的朋友，能够入住这座如同“和纸美术馆”般的空间，细细品味其独特魅力。 在宁静雅致的空间中，请您尽情放松，享受悠闲时光。
