The suite is a private/guest studio (includes private entrance, full kitchen, bath and queen size bed). Designed to enjoy the saltwater pool/zen gardens. Imagine sea salt colors, Tommy Bahama style, and the artist way touch! What’s unique about this property is that you can take the sidewalk/bike path straight to the ocean (6 blocks). You can walk to restaurants, mini grocery store, and catch amazing sunrises/sunsets. This space is intended to chill. (NO KIDS/1-2 ADULTS MAX NO EXCEPTION)

Salty Cabana-1 block to the beach!

This CLEAN and comfortable duplex has 1 bedroom & 1 bath with ample separate parking for 2 vehicles. This space is suited for 2 people, but it could accommodate a 3rd person or a child on the futon. Linens provided at no charge. There is a large backyard that is private for your use. The other side of the duplex has their own backyard divided by a black metal fence. We have an assortment of beach essentials that varies, and you are welcome to use the items. Hot outdoor shower in the front.
