Small private house with a garden in the centre of Kuressaare, just a short walk from the town centre. Located next to the bus station, very easily accessible by car. The house has two comfortable bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a living room/kitchen (sofa bed) full of light. There is one bathroom with a shower, a fireplace and a kitchen equipped with everything you need for a perfect holiday. The small garden with a seating area, a fire place and a herb garden is also waiting for you.

Kuuse metsamaja asub keset kaunist Saaremaa loodust. Võta aeg maha kuulates oja vulinat või nautides vaadet tiigile ja metsale. Majas on kõik puhkuseks vajalik ning magamiskohti on kuni 9 inimesele (7 kohta teisel korrusel ja 2 kohta alumisel). Saunasid on lausa 2 ning saunast saab hüpata jahutuseks otse tiiki. Villa Männituka is in Saaremaa, 12 km from Kuressaare. Vacation in Villa Männituka is a relaxing holiday in Saaremaa, in the middle of pure nature. There is a pine forest in the backyard of the Villa. You can get there through the back door, the sauna, or through the front door along the terrace surrounding the house. First floor has three bedrooms, one of which is pass-through. Accommodates 6 people. There is also an extra bed available.

Unser Ferienhaus haben wir im Jahr 2023 komplett restauriert und neu eingerichtet. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und mit Blick auf den Garten und den Sonnenuntergang. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man über die große Terrasse direkt in den Garten. Eine Sauna für bis zu 8 Personen ist auch vorhanden. An das Grundstück grenzt ein See mit glasklarem Wasser, in dem man baden kann.
