Our apartment is located in the oldest part of Batumi. It's newly renovated and cosy, bringing a sense of comfort during your stay in Batumi. Some of the major landmarks of Batumi are very near, such as Piazza, Old Boulevard, Statue of Medea, Port Building, St Nicholas Church and Batumi Mosque. We live near an area where one can find busses to almost all places in the region as well as cable cars to take you up to see Batumi from above.

Two bright and spacious floors (120 m² each) with separate entrances. The house has 4 large bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms, 140 m² terrace. Each room has a balcony, air conditioning and central heating. The kitchens are fully equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher. Guests can enjoy the terrace, green garden with pool, gazebo and BBQ area. Old Batumi is a 10-minute walk away.
