The house is located on the bank of the Mtkvari River. The terrace of the apartment offers a breathtaking view of the river and the city. Such a beautiful view is almost nowhere, you can see most of the sights of Tbilisi. The apartment is equipped with all amenities.

The building has the status of a cultural heritage monument. Transport runs to all parts of the city. There is also the famous Dry Bridge Market. Metro "Marjanishvili" is a ten-minute walk away. Freedom Square is 1.1 km from the apartment.
