Vanhassa kivitalossa sijaitseva asunto on jykevien seinien ansiosta hiljainen, ja sijaitsee länsipuolella taloa. Maksuton pysäköinti joko kadun varressa tai satamassa sijaitsevalla pysäköintialueella, jossa myös sähköautojen latauspiste.

Tämä huone on nimetty menestyksekkään kilparatsastaja Kyra Kyrklundin mukaan. Kyra oli talon edellisen emännän, Anitan, kummityttö. Kyra vietti lapsena paljon aikaa Soiniityssä ja löysi Soiniitystä rakkautensa hevosiin. Erään kerran Kyralle sattui onnettomuus Soiniityn kylmäverisellä Irja-tammalla; hän tipahti hevosen selästä ja satutti kätensä. Huoneessa on paljon hevosaiheisia esineitä, kuten talon isännän isänisän, jääkärieversti Bjarne Nordenswanin ratsastussaappaat.
