The house boasts a vast vaulted wooden ceiling with windows above the spacious living area. The tasteful white and blue color palette is enhanced by its beautiful surroundings. Three of it's 4 bedroom have views of the golf course. Centrally located 10 min golf rides from both the Minitas Beach and the Marina. The house includes a golf cart and a staff of a maid, houseboy, and butler. The house provides great internet connection in every room. As the pictures can attest this is a well kept family vacation home. We take great pride in our villa. Their are 4 bedrooms with 7 queens size beds. Each room has it's own bathroom. The house is on the country club golf course offers incredible sunset views. It has a pool with heated Jacuzzi. I can be reached any time by phone or email. The villa is in a peaceful Almendros neighborhood within the exclusive Casa de Campo resort. Relax at this beautiful peaceful place with a private pool and surrounded by privates gardens. Tracadero is a beautiful beach club in front of the sea, with many pools, restaurant, pool bar, spa, and it's just in front of the house, you as my guests have free entrance during the stay. the beach is 700 meters away (no sargasso). Near are many restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, groceries stores, excursions, etc. Punta Cana Airport is 55 minutes away, La Romana Airpor 17 minutes away.

The location is in the heart of the town and close to everything.There is a small sand and rocky beach just in front of the suite, perfect for an early morning swim but take swimming shoes as the rocks can be hard on the feet. You could also go for a 5 minute walk to the nearest local beach. There is a small restaurant in the same level where you can enjoy drinks and food right in front of the ocean or if you wish, room service.
