Lovely cosy studio in original 200 years old finca. Cesar Manrique style with an eukalyptus tree in the middle of the court yard. Located in the village La Asomada (Tias) out of the tourist area. Very quiet and close to the volcanic and wine area. Perfect who looks for an unique and quiet vacations. Privat bathroom, coffee maker, hot water maker and fridge. Smart TV, WiFi. A small kitchen is provided in the court yard to share with other guest. New renovated in June 23, with high quality furn.

Disfruta de las vistas de este alojamiento muy céntrico y recien reformado. Muy bien situado en un complejo turistico. Está a 2 minutos de las playas y de la avenida principal, donde hay un gran paseo peatonal y carril bicis. Hay restaurantes, bares y tiendas muy cercanos a menos de 1 minuto. Parada de autobus a 1 minuto y supermecados. En una segunda planta sin ascensor. Actualización de la ducha (más amplia y de mayor calidad) y del colchón.

In La Asomada, a place on the Canary Island of Lanzarote, the cosy apartment 5 is located in a lovely residential complex. The charming apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (the beds are single beds that have been pushed together to form a double bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and a TV; a cot and high chair are available if requested.
