La casa se encuentra a 15 minutos del aeropuerto y 45 minutos de la ciudad de Santo Domingo. Esta es una propiedad para disfrutar con la familia y amigos cercanos. No permitimos fiestas, bodas y eventos de muchas personas. Tampoco permitimos la entrada de personas extrañas como strippers y prostitutas. El turismo sexual no esta permitido en nuestra propiedad.

The bed/sofa- and a queen size air mattress are available. Marbella is a tourist complex with the highest standards of safety and beauty in its areas. The rental of the apartment allows 1 parking space in front of the complex as well as the use of all the pools, play areas, jacuzzi.

Guests get free access to Altos de Chavón, Minitas Beach, and the Marina during their stay. Boat rental to Palmilla in our Boston Whaler is also available at the Marina.
