Very trendy and nice area, many restaurants, cafés, shops and quality concept-stores right next door, while remaining quiet at night. Canal Saint Martin 200m away.

Located in the 3rd district (Beaubourg, Montorgueuil, Le Marais), the duplex (5th & 6th Floors) is very sunny and quiet, with a beautiful view over the roofs of Paris. Recently renovated, with high beamed ceilings and beautiful hardwood floor.
