The home is just minutes from downtown and blocks from both hospitals and all the three colleges. The house features original woodwork, vintage tile, cozy radiant heat, beautiful leaded glass windows, 9 foot ceilings, an upstairs office suite, a large sun porch with French doors, and hardwood floors throughout. Well behaved pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50.00 each

Cabin details: Family-friendly space. Stocked kitchen with coffee bar items. Full bathroom with tub, 1 bedroom, open concept dining/living area. Living area equipped with a full/twin bunk bed. Stoddard: Rocky's Supper Club (Wed-Sat), Thursty Turtle Bar and Kwik Trip. Public boat ramp and park just down the road.

Enjoy a unique experience at this centrally-located home. Completely updated throughout including furniture, bedding, towels and kitchenware. Quiet neighborhood just minutes to downtown La Crosse and the movie theatre. Upon entering you are greeted with an open floorplan. All bedrooms are located on one level. The main bedroom sleeps 2. The cozy bedroom #2 sleeps 1. In the living room an oversized sectional has a pull out bed that sleeps 2. Pet fee is $25 with a maximum of 2.

La Crosse On the Mississippi (Netzer’s Landing)

We are on The Mighty Mississippi River. Your backyard. You can sit on your porch, shade deck, sun deck or walk out to the dock and enjoy your morning brew. In the evening you can sit out on the dock and view a beautiful sunset. Eagles are visitors to the area, as well as Great Blue Herons, river otters, muskrats, and varieties of ducks. This is truly a place for those who love to be on water. When the day is done come in to your home away from home. (Cleaning fees included.)
