This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Attached all new remodeled Luxury Guest suite in Sierra Vista AZ. Private entrance and private living quarters with a full kitchen that is stocked with all the needed dish/cookware. You have control of your A/C and heat in the studio suite. This includes your own private bathroom, king size bed, living/dining room, and your own washer dryer. Located in a quiet neighborhood in central Sierra Vista, a short distance from various trails, hikes, bird watching, and Ft. Huachuca.
