Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central condo. You can walk from your bed to the beach or enjoy a day at the pool. If you don't want that, we have access to nearby restaurants such as Los kioskos de Luquillo , which are an 8-minute walk away. The town is 6 minutes from the apartment where you can visit and enjoy La Pared, which is famous for being a surfing beach. Also if you need to buy food and other necessities there is a supermarket and Walgreens which takes a minute by car.

This is a 15th floor 1 bedroom apt. steps from the beach with a spectacular beach front view from the balcony in Tower I. Its right in front of Playa Azul Beach, a short walk to several other beaches and a quick 10 minute drive to the tropical rainforest - El Yunque. You will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable, while conveniently close to all attractions on the Northeast part of the island.

Rules 1-Sorry no pets allowed at any time. 2-No smoking inside in the apartment and the swimming pool area. 3-The swimming pool is only for guests and residences into 9pm. 4-Max of guests 4 any extra guests will be charge of $25 each day.
