This gorgeous house is located in a private gated community called Pedregal de La Paz with an amazing ocean view. The community has a tennis court and a small soccer field. The house is on a hill and it is a 3-minute car ride away from a beach called “El Caimancito”. The famous Malecon de La Paz, where you can walk by the sea and visit restaurants of all kinds, is 3.3 kms. away. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico such as Balandra and El Tecolote, are within just 20 kms.
