The camper is a 24' 2007 Itasca Navion. This cozy camper is located about 10 miles north of of downtown Durango. It's great for a family of four, but might be small for anything more. It's close to Trimble Hot Springs, which is a great place to relax after a day of fun. Also, walking distance from a cute little breakfast nook, Hermosa Grill. Right next to Hermosa Grill there is a gas station, and a liquor store. The camper is not available to move.

The cabin is nine blocks from the center of downtown. Biking and hiking are two blocks in Horse Gulch Trail System. The cabin is on a quiet street. The stainless steel kitchen is designed around a commercial Wolf Stove. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, olive oil, and coffee provided.
