Landscaped villa on quiet cul de sac in Casa de Campo, Neighborhood IV. Two walls of glass offer an expansive view of Links #10. Very private. 3 remote workspaces. Great wifi. A board fence encloses a large outdoor patio with jacuzzi/dining table/sunbathing area. The front entrance is among flowering trees and shrubs. 5 minute walk to Teeth of Dog, hotel, spa, resort shuttle. 10-minute walk to equestrian; 5 minutes by cart to beach, pools. The house is older but very comfortable.

A 2,700 ft2 garden villa, in famous Casa de Campo Golf Resort, featuring sunny large rooms and open spaces. Three living rooms and four dining areas (one sitting up to 20 guests) provide guests with comfort at leisure. The house is surrounded by an all-around porch by the pool with plenty of additional sitting and dining areas. Price includes a chambermaid for daily clean-up/ disinfection and breakfast cooking (8:am- 4:pm). It also includes and assistant and a pool keeper.

In Casa de Campo, location is EVERYTHING. Most villas are 20-30 minutes in golf cart from beach, golf courses, etc. This villa is 5 min from Minitas Beach and Teeth of the Dog, 15 min from the Marina. Lovely 3 BDR Villa / Teeth of the Dog Golf Course

Our golf villa is located on the 1st hole of the famous Teeth of the Dog golf course, close to the pro shop as well as the main Casa de Campo Hotel area with its pools, restaurant, bar and exercise facilities. Minitas Beach, pool and lovely restaurant is a short golf cart ride away or a 10 minute walk.
