Located within world-renown Casa de Campo resort in the Dominican Republic. It has a very open layout and minutes from the beach, golf, tennis, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quite private and the resort is a gated community. NOTE: Property includes two staff that do housekeeping and cooking from 8:30a to 4p daily. Vivero 7 is modern oasis featuring 4 bedrooms, two with 2 full beds, one with a queen and the master with a king bed. Each room equiped with a new AC and a flat screen tv, wifi, closet and their own bathroom. The villa has a AC in the living room and dining area, and an open concept living room. The expansive terrace with a beautiful climatized pool and lush garden so guests can enjoy. A 3 minute drive to minitas beach, 7 minute to the marina and chavon. Full time staff (maid/cook) included.

Places of interest: Los Altos is located a few steps of Altos de Chavón (a villa that transports you to Mediterranean Europe with the most spectacular views of the Chavón River and the Caribbean), and 3 amazing Golf courses designed by Pete Dye. 15 minutes from La Romana Airport and is within one of the most renowned tourist complexes in the Caribbean, Casa de Campo. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children), providing a comfortable and fun environment.

Includes small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a/c, Netflix, desk, and high-speed WiFi. Pets are welcome for a fee of $50 per stay. Free parking, daily pool until 9 pm. Guests get free access to Altos de Chavón, Minitas Beach, and the Marina during their stay. Boat rental to Palmilla in our Boston Whaler is also available at the Marina.

Enjoy your stay at this golf villa, complete with three bedrooms and three baths. Includes private pool and jacuzzi. House has a two person staff, working on cooking and cleaning to help ensure your stay is enjoyable. Nearby Minitas beach is within walking distance, but there is an option to rent the golf cart to make getting from place to place within Casa De Campo easier and faster. This house has can comfortably accommodate six people and is also kid friendly.
