It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a: muy luminoso, gran balcón terraza de 30 m2, dos toldos corredizos, una cocina amplia con doble acceso, desayunador y escritorio, un living comedor en forma de "ele" con sofá esquinero para recostarse y ver TV, yacuzzi en el baño. El barrio muy tradicional con bares y restaurantes de buena comida, cercano a varias líneas de colectivos y subte.
