Drive-in themed movie area, arcade, ping-pong table, board games, photo props, pool table, mini golf putt, air hockey & canvas painting. Maximum registered guests 11, no other visitors. Three vehicles maximum allowed at the property. King bed in primary. Penalty of $100 per person for violation of persons over 11. See below detailed description, fun for all.

Relax with the whole family at this newly remodeled peaceful home. Enjoy everything brand new! Has a stocked kitchen, a fire pit for bonfires, and an enclosed porch for morning coffee. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It's conveniently located 4 min from downtown where guests can find plenty of dining and shopping. 20 min drive from starved rock and Matthiessen park! This stylish condo located in downtown Utica is the perfect space for group trips or families. Layout includes 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master with its own private bath. The 2nd bedroom includes 2 queen beds. 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed and a twin cot. The upstairs living room has a pullout sofa with a queen mattress. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook during your stay.

This home sits on a large lot in a rural setting. It’s my family home & completely furnished. While no animals are allowed, there is a full size washer & dryer, 2 TVs, the full-size bed, kitchen supplied with basics & central air/heat with the expectation you’ll adjust it when not home. You have a front deck with cushioned chairs seasonally. Very limited WiFi-no streaming, pets live on property. *NON-SMOKING*NO PARTIES*NO ANIMALS
