La cabaña Arriero está en La Loma de Thoreau, Quintas del Bosque, a 940 metros sobre el nivel del mar y en el corazón de la Cordillera Central dominicana. Se la dedicamos a Henry David Thoreau (1817- 1862), porque él y sus escritos son quien más nos han inspirado a llevar el estilo de vida que elegimos. Decía Thoreau que quien avanza confiado en la dirección de sus sueños, cruza una frontera invisible. Estamos felices de compartir nuestro lugar en el mundo. ¡Bienvenidos a la Loma de Thoreau!

A simple, and rustic cabin, with metal roof and enclosed yard. Simple living, stocked with linens, towels, coffee, drinking water, and first load of firewood. Other necessities, such as charcoal and lighter fluid, may be delivered by supermarkets, pharmacies, and butchers. Fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and blender, fiber optic Wifi (40 Mbps), Smart TV w/Netflix, workspace, fireplace, hot bathing water, 24/7 electricity, screens, and air-conditioning in the master king bedroom.

The price goes up after each additional guest for a maximum of 8 guests on the property. If you are looking for simplicity and rustic charm, this is it.

Beautiful outdoor pool with a view. 12 minutes away from the town center and 7 mins. from Salto De Jimenoa Waterfall. We're located in an authentic Dominican neighborhood where children play on the streets and neighborhs greet eachother daily. Base price is for first 4 guests only, the price goes up after 4 guests until a max of 12 guests is reached.
