Minutes from downtown Nashville & BNA, the LilliePad is an entirely private efficiency studio on the ground floor of my home. Centrally located with easy access to all of Nashville's must-sees, it features a private entrance with foyer, queen sized bed, sleeper sofa with chaise, gas fireplace, large window for natural light, kitchenette, smart tv, Blu-Ray player, private bath with tub/shower, and designated parking place. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!
