20 minute scenic drive to Zion Nat'l Park. Just over an hour to Brian Head ski resort. The Grand Canyon, Lake Powell & Bryce Canyon Nat'l Park are also nearby. Explore nearby amazing State parks too. Comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 6 easily & possibly 8 if necessary. Table, chairs & BBQ in the private back yard where the stars shine every night. River Rock Roasting has the best coffee; you can walk there or drive thru! The bedroom with bunkbed & trundle sleeps 4 + a queen air mattress.

A private room with double french doors onto a balcony that overlooks the Virgin river from the hot tub! 20 mins from Zion and close to St George area. Great for solo, friends or couples. Bed is comfy and has an en-suite private bath. Hot tub is shared with other guests and shares a wall with the host living space.
