Tule ja veeda oma lühipuhkus uues majas, avaras kolmetoalises korteris, vaid 20 meetri kaugusel maalilise Pärnu jõe kaldast. Korter on ideaalne lastega peredele, sellel on suur päikesepoolne rõdu ning väike mänguväljak otse korteri rõdu ees. Samuti on lastel piisavalt ruumi hoovis ringi joosta. Kesklinn on umbes 1 km kaugusel (ca 15 minuti jalutuskäik). Korteri juurde kuulub privaatne parkimiskoht, seega parkimise pärast pole vaja muretseda. The building and apartment is new and modern. The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor boasting a view to the greenery behind the house. The building has an elevator. While the apartment is centrally located the building is on a quiet street.
