Brand new 3-room apartment in newly built (2023) house, located in trendy Kalaranna area. Nearby is the sea, Tallinn’s old town, walking promenade, museums and many other attractions. Michelin star restaurant „180° “ and “Lore” are just in walking distance. Place is fully furnished and has most things you may need: bed sheets, towels, hairdryer, dishes, cooking possibilities, coffee, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, iron, TV and free fast Wi-fi. Parking spot is in warm garage.

This modern one bedroom apartment is situated very well for diversified vacation, 5 min walk from a beach. In front of the house is a tram station from where you can get to all of he main attractions. This 25m2 apartment is designed to accommodate comfortably 2 guests, but maximum occupancy is 4. The apartment has a bedroom with a large comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Check in and out are contact free.

Staying in this mini sauna cabin (20 m²) you can enjoy a view of the river, listen to the sounds of nature or take a walk to the seaside (20 min) After sauna session you can relax in the hot tub. (without bubbles) On rainy days, you can explore Netflix on 55" TV or play board games. Its possible to also use bicycles. Another sauna cabin (Riverside Retreat) is within 40 m from this house so theres a chance that there are max 2 people at the other house same time.

You are welcome to enjoy your time in a cozy cabin in nature with a river and pine forest nearby, and a beach within walking distance. Furnished with everything to get the best of your vacation. Guests can use the entire house with sauna, terrace and barbecue facilities. Kids can have fun at play area. The price includes 2 hours use of sauna. Possibility to use hot tub if wished. We bring firewood and water. The price of a hot tub starts at €70 per day.
