The Swallows sits on the outskirts of the Traditional hillside village of Megali Mantinea,overlooking the gulf of messinia ,20 minutes from the cosmopolitan centre of Kalamata. It is 4kms from sea,the village boasts several excellent tavernas.Set in a terraced Olive grove,the grounds have been lovingly developed to sit harmoniously with the surroundings,the site is eco friendly. Bright apartment(50m2), on the first floor of the building, a few meters from the beautiful square of the Cenotaph of Leonidas, well located in a quiet street and has a balcony with nice view to a plot of land with ancient finds(mosaics). Lots of restaurants, cafeterias and a super market near(around the square) and very close to the central square of Sparta. Also very close to archeological sites, 5km to Mystras and generally very beautiful surroundings to make your walks unforgettable.

Armiriki house, (=tamarisk tree house) is a unique seaside house, near Monemvasia, at the picturesque fjord of Ierakas. (Natura 2000).Paddling, swimming and diving, bird watching, fishing and hiking are some of the activities you can enjoy.A canoe and a boat are available at the private dock. Monemvasia castle town and untouched beaches are at close distance. At Armiriki-House, taste our family’s organic extra virgin olive oil and, on request, visit the olive grove for a tasting experience.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting.
