Απέχει 9 χιλιόμετρα από την Σπάρτη και 1 χιλιόμετρο από την είσοδο του βυζαντινού κάστρου του Μυστρά. Διαθέτει ενιαίο χώρο καθιστικό και κουζίνα, με όλο τον εξοπλισμό για μαγείρεμα. Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.
